These are all pictures from the Temple of the Emerald Buddha and the Grand Palace. I had a terrible time trying to decide which pictures to include and which to leave out. Everything was so intricately created and colorful. We took a ton of pictures!




Now, this may look like a normal picture to you, with a decorated floor and a column holding up the ceiling, but this picture is actually
of the ceiling in a temple. That beam is parallel to the floor, not perpendicular. The columns 'holding up' the ceiling are what you see bits of in the lower left and right hand corners. I am including this picture to show that
everything, even the ceiling, was intricately decorated.
